Temesha Siler-McNeill is a disciplined, innovative leader and coach with over 25 years of corporate management experience. She is the owner and CEO of TSM Training Services, LLC. Temesha is a certified Green Belt Six Sigma Leader with extensive training in project management, leader development and organized management. She is gifted with the ability to positively influence others to perform and drive results. Temesha brings to the table her valuable understanding of business strategies, coaching and leadership.
Recognizing that managing a team can be complex and challenging, Temesha works with clients to create solid goals. Most importantly, she will offer collaborative strategies to execute and meet established goals. Temesha wants to see more people THRIVE not just survive. Temesha works hard to help leaders to be able to successfully maximize their time, manage conflicts, enhance branding, simplify and improve routines that will sustain growth and long term survival.
Temesha enjoys speaking at conferences, leadership seminars, churches and community events. You can catch Temesha often delivering training workshops to corporations and the community while communicating her greatest passion, inspiring and motivating all people to take action with HOPE. Temesha is the Founder of The Family Rocks Foundation, INC which is a non-profit strictly dedicated to strengthen families with training seminars, conferences and retreats. While she is striving to be a world changer daily as a Christian, Author, Entrepreneur, and Philanthropist; Temesha’s most important role is that of wife and a mother to her two children. Temesha’s enthusiasm for life is able to motivate anyone into action. Temesha often states without HOPE it’s impossible to have faith. And without faith it’s impossible to believe in yourself, the future, and others. Temesha has answered the call to educate, empower, and inspire others by giving away her “gifts and talents” to those she meets.
