Paula Anderson, LCPC, LPC, NCC is the founder and president of PACE Consulting, LLC. Paula Anderson is a licensed clinical professional counselor, licensed in both the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia. She is the Vice President of The Renew and Revitalize Marriage & Family Institute. She has over 14 years of experience providing individual, group, marriage and family therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She received her Master’s in Community Counseling from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.  During her time at The George Washington University, she began working with and developing an interest in clients from various cultural backgrounds, which earned her the Clemmont E. Vontress Cross-Cultural Award upon graduation. Her main theoretical approach in counseling is Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, but she also incorporates many other approaches and feels that her approach is more eclectic. Ms. Anderson has worked in school-based mental health, private practice, corporate, non-profit, and home based settings.  Her wealth of experience equips her to work effectively with clients in many settings.  

In her work with PACE Consulting, Ms. Anderson provides consulting services as well as conducts workshops and trainings to her various clients. She also provides supervision to Masters level clinicians.

Ms. Anderson was recently featured in MEA Magazine (May/June 2013) in the feature section “Women in Business, Making a Difference.”  She was also recognized and awarded as one of the 25 Influential Women in Business--Making a Difference in October 2013 by MEA Magazine.
